By downloading, installing, or using SravengerHunt ("the App") or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or this website.
2. The service
SravengerHunt provides AI-generated, location-based scavenger hunt experiences in supported cities. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify cities, stops, and features at any time without notice.
3. Account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at
hello@sravengerhunt.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Certain features require a paid subscription, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your platform account settings. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates local laws or regulations.
- Trespass on private property when following hunt directions.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App or its AI systems.
- Share your account with others.
- Use the App while driving or operating machinery.
6. Safety
SravengerHunt is an outdoor exploration app. You are solely responsible for your own safety. Always be aware of your surroundings, traffic, and local conditions. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the App in the real world.
7. Intellectual property
All App content — hunt routes, stop descriptions, AI-generated text, and branding — is owned by SravengerHunt or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that specific stops will be open, accessible, or unchanged at the time of your hunt. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SravengerHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
